Outcome of board meeting of Jupiter Infomedia

Jupiter Infomedia announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 April 2015, inter alia, has:

1. Considered & approved the Information Memorandum for the purpose of making Listing Application for Migration of Company from SME Platform to main board of BSE.

2. Appointed Meenali Jain as a Company Secretary.

3. Designated Umesh Modi as Chief Financial Officer also.
