Outcome of board meeting of KEI Industries

KEI Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2015, inter alia, has approved the issue of Equity shares upto 5% of Expanded Equity Share Capital of the Company under KEI Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2015 ("KEI ESOS - 2015").
