Outcome of board meeting of Rupa & Company

Rupa & Company announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 August 2015 inter alia, has approved the following:

1. Issue of Commercial paper upto Rs.125 crore.

2. Setting up of a 100% wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
