Outcome of board meeting of Money Masters Leasing & Finance

Held on 29 March 2016

Money Masters Leasing & Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 March 2016 transacted the following:

1. The Board has allotted 855,500 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares of the Company of Rs. 10/- each at par on preferential basis with reference to special resolution passed at its EGM.

2. The Board has approved redemption of 365,000 7% Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares issued earlier by the Company.
