Outcome of board meeting of Mukesh Babu Financial Services

The Board of Mukesh Babu Financial Services has appointed Meena Mukesh Babu as Additional Director with immediate effect. The Board accepted resignation of Dipali Shah as Whole Time Director and Company Secretary with effect from 15 April 2018. The Board has appointed Mahesh Thakar as CFO of the company and appointed Manasi Dalal as Company Secretary and Compliance officer with immediate effect.
