Outcome of board meeting of Oriental Hotels

Oriental Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 25 July 2016, has approved/ taken on record the following:

1. Resignation of Diwan Arun Nanda, an Independent Director on the Board.

2. Appointment of Rajneesh Jain as the Chief Financial Officer in the place of Mohan Jayaraman as part of internal reshuffling.
