Outcome of board meeting of PTL Enterprises

PTL Enterprises announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:-

1. Appointment of Pradeep Kumar as Company Secretary in place of Seema Thapar.

2. Appointment of Amit Gautam as CFO in place of V. M. Anil Kumar.

3. Appointment of B. K. Singh and Shivi Mohan Rastogi as additional directors.
