R T Exports announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2015, inter alia, has transacted the following business:

1. Approved the appointment of Shweta Mahajan to the office of Secretarial Auditor of the Company.

2. Approved the appointment of Nagar & Associates to the office of Internal Auditor of the Company.
