The Board of Ricoh India in its meeting held on 22 February 2018 have transacted inter alia the following:-(a)Keeping in view the Interim Order dated 12 February 2018 of SEBI, AT Rajan, Managing Director and CEO has proceeded on leave from 23 February 2018 onwards till further Order of the Board.
(b) Shubhankar Lahiri has been appointed by the Board as Interim Chief Operating Officer of the Company with effect from 23 February 2018 till further Orders of the Board.
