The Board of Rockon Enterprises at its meeting held on 03 July 2018 has approved the resignation of Kirti Anilkumar Patel from the post of Director of the Company. The Board approved the resignation of Kajol Tak from the post of company secretary and compliance officer. The Board also approved the appointment of Gaurang Chauhan as CFO of the company.
