Outcome of board meeting of Royal Orchid Hotels

Royal Orchid Hotels announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 August 2016, inter alia, have transacted the following:

1. Dr. Vivek Mansingh has been appointed as Additional Director on the Board of Company; and

2. Board of Directors of the Company, in their meeting held on 12 August 2016, has not approved the recommendation of issue of Bonus Shares to the holders of equity shares of the Company.
