Outcome of board meeting of Sah Petroleums

Held on 14 April 2015

Sah Petroleums announced the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 April 2015, has approved the following decisions:

1. Approved Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of the Companies, Mumbai in pursuant to change of name of the Company from SAH PETROLEUMS TO GP PETROLEUMS.

2. Adopted New Common Seal of the Company in the name of GP PETROLEUMS.

3. Considered applications to be submitted to the Stock Exchanges i.e., NSEL, BSE and Depository Services NSDL, CDSL for Name Change, Script and Symbol.

4. K. Murali has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 14 April 2015.
