Outcome of board meeting of Sharda Motor Industries

Sharda Motor Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2016, inter alia, has approved the following agenda Items:

1. The Board of Directors has declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 6.25/- per equity share for the financial year 2015-2016.

2. The Board of Directors has appointed Satinder Kumar Lambah as the Additional Director (to be designated as an Independent Director) w.e.f. 05 February 2016.
