Shasun Pharmaceuticals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 05 February 2015, inter alia, has approved the following:1. Prof. Indira J. Parikh, Independent Director, has resigned from the Board with effect from 05 February 2015.
2. Postal Ballot for obtaining approval of the public shareholders for the merger scheme.
3. Postal Ballot for obtaining certain approvals of the shareholders.
