Shree Hanuman Sugar & Industries announced that pursuant to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 read with prescribed rules there under, the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 27 August 2014 decided, inter alia, to seek approval of the Shareholders of the Company to raise funds for the purpose of business of the Company through deposits from Shareholders.
