Outcome of board meeting of Siti Networks

Siti Networks announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 05 February 2021 approved the sale of 6,667 Equity Shares (constituting 40% Equity Stake) held by Variety Entertainment, being wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company, in the Equity Share Capital of Voice Snap (Voice Snap) at an aggregate consideration of Rs.10 crore.
