Outcome of board meeting of SmartPi Tech

SmartPi Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 April 2016, has considered and approved the following:

Board has considered and approved proposal for establishing a manufacturing unit in India and Mauritius for manufacture of LED lights in joint venture with Taiwan Company and K S Rao Managing Director, authorised to sign and execute the joint venture agreements and necessary related documents.
