Outcome of board meeting of SRM Energy

SRM Energy announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 November 2014, has transacted the following:

1. Gagan Rastogi, Director of the Company resigned from the Board with immediate effect.

2. Vishal Rastogi, Managing Director of the Company also appointed as CFO of the Company.
