Sujana Metal Products announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 December 2015, has passed the following resolutions subject to the approval of members of the Company by way of postal ballot:1. To change the name of the Company from "Sujana Metal Products" to "SMPL".
2. To shift of the Registered Office of the Company from the State of Telangana to State of Maharashtra.
