Approved reduction of Share capital and allotment of 88,63,845 Equity Shares to the shareholders of Sanchit Derivatives pursuant to the scheme of arrangement approved by the High Court, Bombay.
2. Approved the appointment of Internal auditor and Secretarial Auditor.
