Outcome of board meeting of Tirupati Starch & Chemicals

Tirupati Starch & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 10 December 2014, has discussed and approved the following:

1. Appointment of Amit Modi, who has signified his consent to act as Director, as Additional Director of the Company.

2. In terms of Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47(a) of the Listing Agreement, appointment of Siddharth Sharma as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (w.e.f. 01 December 2014).
