The Board of Transwarranty Finance approved the following -Expanding the lending business portfolio to include loan against shares, IPO Finance and Agri related financing and any other suitable loan products.
The proposal for merger of Transwarranty Consultants, wholly owned subsidiary of the company with the Company.
