Outcome of board meeting of Tulasee Bio-Ethanol

Tulasee Bio-Ethanol announced that the Company had appointed following person, in the Board Meeting held on 14 August 2015:

1. Appointment of Kritika LalitKumar Nagpal as an Additional Director.

2. Appointment of Kapil Nagpal as Managing Director for Period of Five years, subject to the approval of members in the Annual General Meeting.

3. Appointment of Kapil Nagpal as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
