Outcome of board meeting of Twinstar Industries

Twinstar Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 09 October 2014, has transacted the following:

1. The Board took on record resignation of Yogesh Wadhwana, Director of the Company with effect from 09 October 09, 2014.

2. The Board Committees were reconstituted to bring them in order as per the amended Listing Agreement and provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
