Voltaire Leasing & Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 December 2015 has considered and approved the following -

Change in the name of the Company from Voltaire Leasing & Finance to Voltaire e-Retail.

Alteration main object clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company to include e-commerce business.

Appointment of Samir Baid and Saurabh Vijay as additional directors of the Company.

Formation of a wholly owned subsidiary.
