Parekh Aluminex intimates of initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process

With effect from 23 November 2017

Parekh Aluminex announced that Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has been initiated under the provision of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by an order of the National Company Law Tribunal with effect from 23 November 2017. The powers of the Board of the Company stands suspended with the appointment of Avil Menezes as IRP with respect to the Company.
