Parenteral Drugs (India) will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 22 December 2017, to consider inter-alia, as required by the lending institutions, sale of Kasrawad undertaking of the company on slump sale basis as well as the investment of the company in equity shares of Infutec Healthcare Limited on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by secured lenders and shareholders of the company.
