PHIL Corporation announced that Pratika Shenvi Dessai who was working as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company has resigned from the services of the Company on 30 March 2015.Anisia D'souza has been appointed as Company Secretary - Designate and Compliance Officer with effect from 15 April 2015.
