Pidilite Industries announced that Pidilite Grupo Puma, a wholly owned subsidiary and Pidilite C-Techos, subsidiary of the Company, have on 23 September, 2020 filed applications with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai u/s 248 of the Companies Act, 2013 for striking off their names, as they have not commenced any business activity since their
incorporation.
