Pioneer Agro Extracts announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 01 October 2015

Pioneer Agro Extracts announced that Sahil Mahajan has resigned from the post of Company Secretary. His resignation has been accepted by the Company and he has been relieved of his responsibilities effective from close of business hours on 01 October 2015. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Sahil Mahajan also ceases to be the Compliance Officer of the Company.
