Piramal Enterprises announced that the committee of the board of directors at its meeting held on 12 July 2021 has approved issuance of Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Principal Protected, Market Linked Non-Convertible Debentures on private placement basis of up to Rs. 100 crore along with an option to retain oversubscription of up to Rs. 100 crore aggregating up to Rs. 200 crore on private placement basis.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
