Shifts operations from plant in Telangana to plant in Pune

Pitti Laminations announced that the Company is engaged in the manufacturing of electrical steel laminations and die cast rotors. The Company has two manufacturing facilities in the state of Telangana. Both die facilities (Plant I and II) are situated at Nandigaon village, Kothur Mandal, Mahaboobnagar District.

The Company has started a new manufacturing facility at Plot No.PAP-K-11 MIDC, Near Village Khalumbre, Chakan Post, Pune - 410501, Maharashtra and shifted significant portion of its capacity from Hyderabad to the new plant at Pune with the objective to strengthen the company's competitive advantage.

 

The Company's management has decided to shift the entire operation of Plant I to Plant III (Pune) and Plant II (Hyderabad) for operational convenience and efficiency.

As a protest against the move of the management, the workmen have resorted to strike in protest against the shifting of operations from Plant I.

The management is actively pursuing all avenues for a quick and amicable settlement.
