Poddar Housing & Development reports standalone net loss of Rs 1.74 crore in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 91.21% to Rs 4.78 crore

Net loss of Poddar Housing & Development reported to Rs 1.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against net profit of Rs 2.57 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 91.21% to Rs 4.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 54.41 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 92.96% to Rs 1.11 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 15.76 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 74.25% to Rs 30.45 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 118.27 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
