Polyplex Corporation consolidated net profit declines 42.98% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales decline 1.01% to Rs 830.37 crore

Net profit of Polyplex Corporation declined 42.98% to Rs 35.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 62.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales declined 1.01% to Rs 830.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 838.86 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 662.53% to Rs 221.44 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 29.04 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 0.18% to Rs 3207.67 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 3202.03 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
