Pondy Oxides & Chemicals standalone net profit rises 267.58% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 43.00% to Rs 202.10 crore

Net profit of Pondy Oxides & Chemicals rose 267.58% to Rs 10.77 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 2.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 43.00% to Rs 202.10 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 141.33 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 175.62% to Rs 27.92 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 10.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 62.88% to Rs 758.68 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 465.78 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
