Pooja Entertainment & Films announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 19 January 2015

Pooja Entertainment & Films announced that Sneha H. Poojari, Company Secretary has resigned from the services of the Company.

The Company accepted her resignation and relieved her of her responsibilities effective from the close of business hours of 19 January 2015.

Consequent to her resignation as a Company Secretary Sneha H. Poojari ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
