Prestige Estates Projects consolidated net profit declines 64.72% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 6.89% to Rs 2400.30 crore

Net profit of Prestige Estates Projects declined 64.72% to Rs 939.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 2662.40 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 6.89% to Rs 2400.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 2245.60 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit declined 58.67% to Rs 1150.00 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 2782.30 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales declined 11.77% to Rs 6389.50 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 7241.90 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
