Raunaq EPC International withdraws preferential issue of convertible warrants

Raunaq EPC International announced that the Finance Committee of Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 July 2017 has reconsidered the issue of convertible warrants on preferential basis and has decided to withdraw the said issue since the working capital requirement for the anticipated projects is no longer required as the Company could not bag the said projects.
