Reliance Infrastructure to conduct board meeting

Reliance Infrastructure will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 23 April 2018, to consider and approve the consolidated and standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2018, to recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, and also consider seeking enabling authorisation for fund raising by issue of privately placed debt securities.
