Religare Enterprises directorate changes

W.e.f. 24 January 2018

The board of Religare Enterprises has approved the appointment of Mr. Ashok Mehta as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company, step-down of Mr. Krishnan Subramanian from the position of CFO and elevating as Whole-Time Director of the Company in capacity of Director-Finance, re-designation of Mr. Francis Daniel Lee from Executive Director to Non-Executive Director, and the resignation of Mr. Harpal Singh as Non-Executive Director of the Company.
