Remi Sales & Engineering announces change in compliance officer

With effect from 01 January 2019

Remi Sales & Engineering has appointed Prakash Darak as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company with effect from 01 January 2019. Sandeep Kasera has resigned from the post of Compliance Officer with effect from 01 January 2019. He continues to remain as Whole Time Director of the company.
