Under ESOP
Rolta India announced that the Management Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held 12 January 2016 has allotted 8,37,500 Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of Stock Options under the ESOP Plan 2013.Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has gone upto 16,21,66,596, equity share of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 162,16,65,960/-.
