SIPL signs MoU with Patel Infrastructure to acquire stake in ARRIL

Sadbhav Engineering announced that its subsidiary SIPL has signed a binding MoU for acquisition of the 20% stake from JV partner, Patel Infrastructure in Ahemedabad Ring Road Infrastructure (ARRIL).

Upon completion of the proposed acquisition, SIPL will hold 100% of the share capital in ARRIL.
