Sanathnagar Enterprises announces cessation of company secretary

With effect from 18 November 2014

Sanathnagar Enterprises announced that Hemanshu Mumbaiwala ceased to be Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company with effect from 18 November 2014.

Further, Sharatkumar Shetty has been appointed as Compliance officer of the Company with immediate effect.
