On conversion of warrants
Sequent Scientific has allotted 1,200,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 10/- each against conversion of 1,200,000 warrants at a price of Rs. 222.15 per warrant including premium of Rs. 212.15 per warrant to promoter group entities - Agnus Capital LLP and Chayadeep Ventures LLP.Consequent to the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 304,851,910/- consisting of 30,485,191 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 316,851,910/- consisting of 31,685,191 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
