Sequent Scientific grants 73.50 lakh stock options under ESOP
Sequent Scientific has granted 73,50,000 Class A Options to the eligible employees under 'SeQuent Scientific Employee Stock Option Plan 2020' at an exercise price of Rs. 86 per share. The said options are convertible into equivalent number of equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Company, on
exercise.
