Shankara Building Products consolidated net profit rises 40.65% in the March 2022 quarter

Sales rise 21.80% to Rs 782.23 crore

Net profit of Shankara Building Products rose 40.65% to Rs 15.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 11.07 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021. Sales rose 21.80% to Rs 782.23 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 as against Rs 642.25 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2021.

For the full year,net profit rose 147.80% to Rs 34.32 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 13.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2021. Sales rose 18.64% to Rs 2418.40 crore in the year ended March 2022 as against Rs 2038.37 crore during the previous year ended March 2021.
