With effect from 18 September 2017
Lloyds Metals & Energy has received Listing Approval from Metropolitan Stock Exchange of India ('MSEI') for listing of its 222,582,580 Equity Shares face value of Re 1/- each on 14 September, 2017 vide Circular no.
