Shree Bhawani Paper Mills announces resignation of company secretary

With effect from 31 July 2017

Shree Bhawani Paper Mills announced that Babita Jain has resigned from the post of Company Secretary with effect from closure of working hours of 31 July, 2017. Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Babita Jain also ceases to be Compliance Officer of the Company.
