Shri Matre Power & Infrastructure announced that the Company has made an application to the office of the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana at Hyderabad for change of name and alteration of objects clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company and the Registrar of Companies has approved the application and granted a new Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name from "Shri Matre Power and Infrastructure" (formerly Shri Shakti LPG) to "Sri Havisha Hospitality and Infrastructure" on 04 November 2016 and a Certificate of Registration of the Special Resolution confirming Alteration of Objects Clause(s) pursuant to Section 13(1) of the Companies Act 2013 on 07 October 2016.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
